Interview Types

Type 1 People who have jobs where an unwanted outcome has the possibility of a meaningful negative consequence. (e.g. all HRO fields like nuclear, transportation, military, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, research labs, etc. and other fields like service industries – food, hair salon, casino dealer, etc. Some other examples include sales, manufacturing, government and many roles in between.)

Type 2 Human Performance Professionals in the field of studying, implementing, or evaluating performance improvement initiatives.

Type 3 CEOs, VPs, Managers and Business Owners that run a business where a meaningful negative consequence may exist.

We are ready to listen

We recognize that a lot of people are represented in these three categories – we do want to talk to you. If you are on this page, there is a good chance you do, as well. If you are interested in being interviewed via Skype or face-to-face, please contact us with your job type and your availability at HumanPerformanceTools@gmail.com. You will be emailed a list of interview questions up front, because we believe the format should be a comfortable conversation and you will have a better chance to prepare if you knew the questions. Everyone has a story to tell, and we’re looking forward to hearing yours.

By letting us interview you, you are giving us permission to use the content on our companion audio podcast. We will edit out any mishaps that happen during the conversation, so you can feel at ease with the process. Even though we will see each other on a Skype call, we are only using the audio, so feel free to be dressed comfortably.
