Human Performance Program Development

Following INPO’s (Institute of Nuclear Power Operators) early strategic advice of eight stages of HP Program development, we create a strategy together to get your program on the fast track to event prevention and error reduction.

The idea is to get you familiarized with the benefits of having a program in place:

Getting workers talking about error-prevention and wanting to learn more. Your leadership team will  recognize the business cost when error happens, and why prevention is the best course of action. Learning how to work within a system while recognizing error-traps, eliminating them whenever possible, and successfully managing them when they cannot.

A program generally requires some guiding documentation, and a framework around detection, prevention, and correction. We will use successful mature human performance program guidance to get your program up and running as efficiently as possible within the constraints of your organization with training being a key focus.

We recognize that starting a program can be difficult for an organization not familiar with the concepts and terminology, and HPT is here for you every step of the way to guide you through the process.

Our goal is to connect progressive thinkers to all things related to human error management and event prevention for individuals and organizations that prioritize reliability.
