Cristen is the Owner and has been with Human Performance Tools for eight plus years and has extensive experience in Learning Management Systems and corporate training. Her years of education background have positioned her as a leader in administration, education and research. She is recognized for developing curriculum, budgets, schedules and programs that meet specific needs in any environment. She is an accomplished researcher, having worked in different museum audience research roles. She developed the unique skill of being able to take the research collected and connecting it to create successful programs, presentations and partnerships. She has excellent supervisor and management skills, and significant experience with HR hiring practices and metrics. She prides herself on her ability to be organized and handling priorities.
