BRIDGES

Welcome to Human Performance Tool’s “BRIDGES” program. We have created all facets of this process to render performance gaps in your organization obsolete.

Our seven-step method will realize overall and individual performance improvement in your company.

  1. Brainstorm: Gap and Training Needs Analysis including survey

  2. Recognize: Current situation – SWOT Analysis

  3. Input Recognition: What can we measure?

  4. Determine: Thresholds for investigating success and failure

  5. Give Feedback: To All Levels

  6. Energize: Your Company – Reward/Gamification

  7. Synchronize: Your Team – Everyone on the same page – Training

Game Plan:

Brainstorm:

  • Affective Survey

  • Review of recent events & Near Misses

  • Gap Analysis

  • Training Needs Analysis – Technical, Leadership, Soft Skills

Recognize Current Situation:

  • SWOT Analysis

  • Interviewing representatives from Line Worker and Management Levels

Input Recognition:

  • What are you currently measuring?

  • What are the reporting thresholds?

  • How do problems get reported?

Determine Thresholds For Investigating: Success & Failure:

  • What makes sense to investigate and what should we allow to be closed without investigation?

  • Do we have root AND apparent cause investigation?

  • Who should be trained to perform these investigations?

Give Feedback To All Levels:

  • The worst part of performing a survey is never finding out the results. This is a built-in step in the program to ensure everyone finds out SWOT and survey results.

Energize Your Company:

  • Having a reward and recognition program is one thing but using it to its full potential is another. Using realistic rewards and gamification will enhance the relationship between worker and leader and give new incentives for organizational behavior change.

Synchronize Your Team:

  • No new way of doing business works unless everyone is pointed in the same direction.

  • Through Affective-Training, we will get everyone to informed on the direction the company is heading in and help to understand the value of the changes. Performance Improvement takes a team, and transparency to stakeholders is an important part of the process.
