What does Jerry Maguire have to do with this blogpost? (Think Feedback)

I have lots of ideas and plans to make this a useful source of information for you, but it is time for some feedback. This site wasn't created with a goal of appealing to 1000s (even if it may) - the goal is to give people trying to reduce errors in their organization another source of information to explore.  These roles are typically Human Performance Practitioners, but all are invited to comment and give the gift of feedback that I cannot get anywhere else. In the movie "Jerry Maguire," Tom Cruise stated the ultimate request for feedback, "Help me, help you." And then he goes on to say it many more times to make his point.

Help me help you

To facilitate the ease of your feedback I have created a list of possible phrases:

  1. Would you consider trying... (insert your comment)

  2. I'm looking forward to the upcoming podcast and will reserve comment until I hear something3.  Don't change a thing and keep it coming4.  This site needs to go away, please stop wasting my time and your timePlease click the comment button to add your suggestions, even if it's just a number from this list. You can do so anonymously.(Don't forget to click the picture above for a laugh)
